International Italia Arte 2011 is now a consolidated tradition and this year it achieve its third edition after a series of successes of the last years, with the presence of around 1.000 artists coming from more than 50 Countries of the world and the presence of over 50.000 visitors. Also this year, the international Italia Arte has proposed itself an important aim: AN ACCURATE SELECTION AND AN INTERNATIONAL PROMOTION OF THE ARTISTS TAKING PART IN THE EXHIBITION at the MUSEUMS, FOUNDATIONS, GALLERIES, ACADEMIES, ITALIAN CULTURAL INSTITUTES, CONSULATES AND ITALIAN EMBASSIES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES: among all the artists that will take part in the edition 2011 an accurate selection of quality will be made by the Editorial office of "Italia Arte", to know and valorize the work of the best authors, to involve them in exhibitions and events organized by the monthly magazine "Italia Arte" in prestigious showrooms all over the world. The exhibition will allow Institutions, Galleries, Museums, Foundations, Italian Cultural Institutes in the foreign countries, Consulates and Italian Embassies all over the world to know and value the exhibited works and, successively, through the exhibition catalogues sent to the aforesaid Institutions with the magazine, to apply for exhibitions of the painters whose works can be exhibited in those prestigious showrooms.

150th ANNIVERSARY OF ITALIAN UNIFICATION: The exhibition as event for celebrating the "150 Years' Unity of Italy" that sees Turin as the center of the demonstrations.

INTERNATIONAL ITALIA ARTE 2011, THE EXHIBITION: at the International Congresses Center of Villa Gualino in Turin, with the Patronage of Villa Gualino Consortium, Piedmont Region, Province and Municipality of Turin.

INTERNATIONAL ITALIA ARTE 2011 IN SHORT:
* CATALOGUE:THE EXHIBITION WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PRESTIGIOUS PAPER CATALOGUE. Your work will be inserted here with a critical text devoted to each artists (you can make free use of this, also for others publications).
* DISTRIBUTION:In the catalogue will be included the quotations of the artists works. If the artist wont, he can also put the technique, sizes and other important Information as the name of an art critic or a reference gallery, like In the last year edition. This way the catalogue becomes a YEAR'S GUIDE for investors and collectors to keep, collect and update every year on the occasion of future editions of the exhibition "International Italia Arte". THE CATALOGUE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED WITH THE MONTHLY MAGAZINE "ITALIA ARTE" ALL OVER THE WORLD, AT THE ITALIAN CULTURAL INSTITUTES, FOUNDATIONS, MUSEUMS AND THE MOST IMPORTANT GALLERIES.
* PERIOD OF THE EXHIBITION:the exhibition will lasts three weeks, From 29th April to 29th May 2011

ANNOUNCEMENT OF PARTICIPATION
1. "International Italia Arte" is an international exhibition of contemporary visual arts organized by the Cultural Association Folco Gallery in collaboration with the monthly magazine "Italia Arte" - The best of culture and Made in Italy" and with selected Cultural Associations and Italian and foreign art galleries.
2. The "International" is under the Patronage of Piedmont Region, Province and Municipality of Turin and Villa Gualino Consortium.
3. The works of the selected artists for the big exposition "international Italia Arte 2011” that will be held into Villa GUALINO will be exhibited in one or more following exhibitions, on the grounds of the date of entry: it will be take into consideration the postmark (in case of works sent by parcel post) or the date of arrival of the participation e-mail. The exhibition will be held in the halls of Villa Gualino, in Turin. The exhibition will open Friday 29th April from 6.00 p.m.
4. The exhibition is open to Italian artists and foreigner artists who can participate with various typologies of works:
- painting (various techniques and materials, max 120x120 cm);
- engraving;
- sculpture (various techniques and materials, max 80x80x80 cm or to agree upon the sizes with the managers);
- installations, performances, video art, computer art.

TAKE PART IN THE EXHIBITION “INTERNATIONAL ITALIA ARTE 2011:

DISPATCH PHOTOGRAPH OF THE WORK FOR THE FIRST FREE SELECTION:
The exhibition provides a first selection (free) of participation, with the consignment of the photo of the work that the artist wants to present to the "International Italia Arte 2011". The photo must reach Italia Arte - corso CAIROLI, 4 - 10123 Turin, or, by E-MAIL, the: internazionale.2011@libero.it , before the 20 April 2011.
SPECIFY: name, surname, complete address, telephone number, e-mail, web site of the artist, date of birth; title, technique, price and size of work. If the artist wont, he/she can also put the quotations of his/her work In the different sizes and techniques, the name of an art critic or a reference gallery. Also enclose the nominative of a critic or a gallery of reference. Also enclose a short curriculum. This way the catalogue becomes a real ANNUAL GUIDE to keep and show to the collectors. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO SEND THE MATERIAL BY MAIL TO: internazionale.2011@libero.it The printed photos will not be returned.

THE CATALOGUE WILL BE HAND OVER TO ALL THE ARTISTs AT THE END OF THE EXHIBITION.

SELECTION: the monthly magazine "Italia Arte" will evaluate the photos of the works and will select the artists for the exhibition “International Italia Arte 2011”. The evaluations will be irrevocable and clearly justified by historical and art critics, journalists, managers of art galleries, members of the editorial staff of Italia Arte magazine and confirmed by the editor of "Italia Arte”. The selection will end on 20 April 2011.

APPLICATION FORM: The editorial staff of Italia Arte will communicate by telephone or e-mail to the artist that he/she has been selected within 20 April 2011, inviting him/her to pay the entrance fee of € 100 (to pay only if selected).

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT FOR THE ENTRY BY THE 20 April 2011:
The payment of € 100 as entry fee can be effected according to the following conditions:

DELIVERY OF WORKS: Works must Reach the Editorial office of ITALIA ARTE – CORSO CAIROLI 4 - 10123 TORINO, with the photocopy of the payment of the entrance fee, before the 20 April 2011

SERVICES OFFERED: the payment of the entrance fee includes:
*the International exhibition from 29 April to 29 May 2011 (or the following session);
*special issue of the monthly magazine "Italia Arte" with an ample color service devoted to the event and the publication of all the names of selected artists;
*insertion in Catalogue of your name, surname, title of the work, size, technique, the photo of the work, the reference gallery or an art critic, critical text personalized for every artist and (if you want) the quotations of work;
* 1 catalogue;
* 1 diploma of participation and merit;
* presence on the web sites. All the photographic works and the artists datas will be inserted on the web site of the magazine www.italiaarte.it, in the section dedicated to the "International" and to the exhibition;
* refreshments to all visitors during the vernissage;
*photo and video reportage. To all the participants it will be reserved a copy of the services with no exclusive rights, to download directly from the web site of "Italia Arte" and freely utilizable by every artist for the own personal promotion;
*press office and promotion. The exhibition will be communicated through the press office of "Italia Arte supplemented communication" and through literatures as press sheets, invitations, posters, thousand of e-mails to all the Italian and foreign Authorities, realized both in paper form and in electronic pdf, communicated also by the single artists;
*preparation and carriage of the works from the editorial office of "Italia Arte" to Villa Gualino and dispreparation. The delivery of the works at the end of the exhibition will be carefully made by "Italia Arte" through MAIL BOXES Etc-UPS (at artist’s expense), for organizational and safety’s sake reasons (or you can decide with the editorial staff of Italia Arte another procedure").

At the end of the exhibition, works must be directly collected by the artists at Villa Gualino, making a date with the editorial staff of Italia Arte in the following days or immediately after the closing of the exhibition. Works can be sent back to the artists only if expressly asked by them at own expenses and risks, exclusively through MAIL BOXES Etc-UPS. The literature of the artists as brochures, catalogues, visiting cards, etcetera cannot be exposed at Villa Gualino, but it will be hand over to the persons responsible of "Italia Arte" that will sort it and deliver to people who will ask it during the exhibition. Villa Gualino is a regional structure, provided with antitheft and closed circuit tv surveillance systems, and a keeper 24 hours a day. Even though assuring the greatest care of the works, the organization won't be held responsible for of possible thefts, fires, vandalisms or accidental damages that could be happen during the carriage or in the period of the exhibitions. The artist (if he/she thinks necessary to do it) takes upon oneself the burden of take out a personalized insurance to ensure works against possible accidents. The organization reserved the right to record, to spread, broadcast and telecast the exhibition with every mean of communication (press, photographs, radio, television, internet). The management reserves to apply further rules and provisions thought necessary to better regulate the exhibition and the related services. Taking part in the exhibition is tantamount to accept the present regulations and authorize the Cultural Association Folco Gallery to insert and treat, in its file, the private datas and publish them with every mean of communications (Right to Privacy L. 675/96).

Villa Gualino (3 stars superior hotel) has an arrangement with "Italia Arte":
*40 € per person in double room, with half board treatment ;
* single room supplement of 10 € with half board treatment (50 € per person)
